Donation Drop-Off

How donation drop-off works

Sharing your preloved items is what keeps the community going. The revolving door of sharing helps you free up your life while allowing others to find joy in the item that once brought delight to yours.

Standard drop-off

Donations can be dropped off at the designated donations area located at the back of the building 24 hours a day. We ask that you put what you can inside the donation container to keep the area orderly and organized out of the respect the entire community. You are free to leave items on the grassy area if they do not fit inside the container.

Use the designated drop-off area

Keep items boxed, bagged, or organized where possible

Ask a team member if you are unsure where something should go

Protect fragile items as best as possible

Before you arrive

The better organized the donation is, the easier it is for Ruby Thrift to process and get quality goods back into circulation.

Group similar items together

Avoid leaving loose or unsafe items

Do not dump broken or items that don't meet our accepted items list
